- Who we are: LEDGESITES is the controller of the personal data you give us. Our legal company name, registered number and registered office are shown at the bottom of this page.
- What we collect: the details you send in our enquiry form: your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address, current website and message.
- Why we use it: to reply to you and prepare your free website preview. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Who we share it with: only the service providers that help us run this website and our email: Cloudflare (website hosting), FormSubmit (form delivery) and our email provider. Some may process data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place. We never sell your data.
- How long we keep it: up to 12 months if you don't become a client. If you do, for as long as we work together and up to 6 years afterwards for our legal and accounting records.
- Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to or restrict how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
- Cookies: this site doesn't set cookies or use analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
